Identity: Roblox and Discord IDs, usernames, and your age.
Roleplay Info: Character name, age, DOB, group rank, and department (e.g., Police, Fire, Council).
Activity: Time spent in sessions and participation logs.
Gameplay: In-game settings and saved outfits stored via Roblox DataStore.
How we use and your data:
Purpose: Data is used to track engagement, manage roles, and maintain moderation/safety.
Storage: We use Roblox DataStore for gameplay and Google Sheets/Forms for internal databases and applications.
No Sales: We do not sell your data.
Who can access your data, and how long we keep it for:
Access: Only authorised staff (Moderators, Game Owners, and Leadership) can view your data on a need-to-know basis.
Retention: Data is kept while you are active. If you leave, it is typically deleted after 6 months of inactivity or immediately upon request.
If you live in the UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data:
Restriction: You can request that we limit how data is used, but this may prevent you from participating if the data is required for core community functions.

What our community is intended for, and our rule on data collected from those who are under the age of 13:
Our community is intended for users aged 15 and over. However, in compliance with Roblox�s content maturity and publication standards, access to Pitlochry, Redefined is currently restricted to users aged 16 and over.
We will delete any data from anyone under 13 if discovered.
Updates to this policy and your continued participation:
Significant changes are announced in the Public Onboarding Discord server. Continued participation after updates counts as acceptance of the new policy.

If no request is made, data is typically removed after 6 months of inactivity

Senior members of emergency services divisions
Local authority leadership (e.g. council roles)
Moderators
Game owners
Access is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis, for example:
Session hosts logging activity
